Kimberlee Chase is the President, CEO and lead recruiter of Crown Kemble Associates. Kimberlee has carried on the name and reputation of Lauri Crown, founder of Crown Kemble and continues to grow the business into one of the leading recruitment firms in the oncology and start up space. Kim is responsible for Crown Kemble’s business development strategy and execution of the US sales at Crown Kemble. Joining Crown Kemble in 2002, she worked closely with the founder until 2005. In 2005, Kimberlee became owner of Crown Kemble Associates and moved the headquarters from Baltimore to Boston. Before joining Crown Kemble, Kimberlee served as one of the first Regional Directors with Celgene Corporation during its inception. She was responsible for hiring and managing the initial sales force for half of the United States.

Prior to Celgene, Kimberlee proved success in various roles during her seven years at TAP Pharmaceuticals; such positions included District Sales Manager, Sales Training, and Medical Science Liaison. Kimberlee was selected as a panelists for the program “Work-Life: Integration Lessons from Experienced Jugglers” sponsored by the Undergraduate Women’s Leadership Program at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Communications from Babson College and has earned a certification from Wharton ‘Understanding the Brain: Using Neuroscience to Deliver Better Business Results’.
