| Description: |
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Developing, implementing and executing the entire training program in unison with the training team as assigned by the Director of Training.
2. Determining training needs based on new products/co-marketing products
3. Monitoring field training of new hires prior to Phase I Training (including communication with Field Trainers)
4. Providing training on competitive/market updates to the RSDs/DSMs and /Field
5. Managing vendors when creating training materials and programs
6. Developing and Implementing training initiatives specifically for Commercial Operations, Sales and Marketing as assigned by the Director of Training
7. Providing an open and responsive resource for the field force, actively participating in all sales meetings and in routine field rides.
8. Designing, implementing and executing POA Meeting/National Sales Meeting training workshops in coordination with the training department and as assigned by the Director of Training
9. Assisting DSMs with specific training needs for specific representatives on an as needed basis, as requested by the DSM and monitored the director of training
10. Managing, updating and assessing the usefulness the of company web site
11. Managing the creation and editing of new training modules as assigned by the Director of Training |

Requirements: |
• 4-year college degree, 4 years bio-tech/pharmaceutical experience in a sales or related capacity required
• Training background required
• Strong clinical background
• Strong product/customer knowledge
• Strong performance in the field
• Exceptional oral presentation skills and written communication skills |
