Description: An exciting privately held company that is the leading provider of clinical trial patient recruitment solutions for the pharmaceutical is looking for account directors. As an account director your role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to actively uncover, qualify and close potential business opportunites. Develop and maintain key customer relationships and oversee proposal development for found opportunities. You will facilitate client interaction and act as key client interface from contact to contract and during ongoing study progress. Responsible for leading negotiations in maximizing value through service offering. Accountable for closing and maintaining business, coordinating key perssonel for strategic study development discussions and leading customer strategic account planning activities. Drive sales and revenue growth within given territory as well as communicate all sales activities to management.
Job Requirements: Qualified candidates will possess:
• 4- year B.S. degree
• Minimum of 6 years sales experience
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in CRO/Pharmacuetical industry.
• Additional clinical/medical education or experience preferred.
• Highly skilled and experienced at negotiating with fortune 500 companies for multi-million dollar contracts.
• Superior financial and analytical acumen to evluate study development and financial impact.
• Exceptional ability to demonstrate presence in all aspects of demeanor.
• Mastery of relationship building skills.
• Highly motivated individual who is willing to work in a dynamic setting in an aggressive growth company.
• Must be willing to work in an environment that must build its foundation from the ground up. • Strong analytical and computer skills with key software (such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and contract management software). • Must be detail oriented with high desire to organize and structure tasks.
• Knowledge of CRO or Pharmaceutical industry with experience in clinical programs.
Compensation: Competitive Salary plus commission
