Manager, Sales Training is accountable for the
organization, planning and execution of all
training for the sales team. Responsible for
the development and execution of training programs
designed to ensure the readiness of the sales
team. Recommends optimal delivery methods based
on needs, analyses and knowledge of various
tools and alternative training solutions. Evaluates
success of training programs and courses as
well as incorporates feedback into future courses. |

Requirements: |
A
Bachelor's degree is required as well as 5+
years experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech sales.
A minimum of 2 years home office based training
experience as well as reimbursement experience
and knowledge. Candidate must have a record
of sales success in the specialty/bio-pharma
arena. |
