Exciting
biotech company is expanding their sales team.
The Oncology Specialist will be responsible
for driving sales to oncologists in both an
office based and hospital setting. This established
biotech company is poised for explosive growth
through existing products, product research
and development, and product acquisition currently
focusing in the oncology marketplace. |

Requirements: |
Qualified
candidates will possess:
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- MUST HAVE Oncology experience
- Documented
history of consistent sales success (i.e.
President's Club, Sales Rep of the Year,
Winner's Circle, etc.)
- Documented
record of consistent sales growth within
territory
- Documented
financial success in a pay for performance
environment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate
and communicate complex, scientific information
- Understanding of the hospital business environment
(formularies, contracting, pharmacies, community
vs. institutional hospitals, protocols,
etc.)
- Demonstrated
success in developing and utilizing Key
Opinion Leaders
- Highly
motivated, aggressive, self-starter with
the ability to thrive in a small but rapidly
growing company environment & culture
- Strong verbal and written communications
skills, outstanding territory organizational
skills
- Consistent career growth demonstrated by
increasing levels of responsibility
